okay, this is one of my new favorite pictures. love the dome. love these girls. and i love my super tall friend, morgan, who took this picture.
me and kimmer. love that girl. and love that blue blue sky :)
so afterwards we went to ecce homo, which was like a catholic conventish place. it had all these cool underground places where they used to have streets that people eventually just built over.
downstairs they had these stones that said used to be the roads during the time of Jesus. i tried to be a rebel and stepped on the stones by going under the wooden bar thing. hence the akwardness of the picture. but right after i took this picture, i realized the pathway wasn't blocked off and that we could go walk on the stones without looking retarded. i'm so smart :P
literally walking on the ground that christ walked on (well supposedly...although our teachers have their doubts of the accuracy of such claims :P)
afterwards, we went to the citadel of david (it was a fortress built by Herod the Great and later taken over by other groups of people)
the inside of the citadel of david
the cool arch in the middle of the citadel!
we're thinking about becoming ancient egyptian models. we're just that cool :)
after some more sight seeing and shopping, we got home and relaxed until the grand opening of the shekel shack! soo much yummalicious food. i feel like this will be another reason i'll be gaining weight this summer....

Well i'm now completely nostalgic and jealous all at the same time. Have a fantastic time, and before you leave I might have you buy me another pair of Jerusacruisers (aka Jesus sandals). Mine are getting kinda worn out. Have fun and take lots of pictures. Oh wait. You already do that. Alot.
