after taking our new testament midterm (whoever thought it was a good idea to make midterms the day after an 11 day trip to galilee was lame sauce. worst. idea. ever.) we made humanitarian aid kits for 2 hours! for some reason, i actually love assembly lines :) and after all that packing and boxing we had a dance party. as usual.
our goal was to make 400 boxes. but our group is awesome. we broke all known JC records. and we made 693 boxes (3465 kits) + another 230 kits for another group of people who needed them. yeah. service is great. and so is our jc students :) yee!
after a long day of just chillin, our very own becca winters got her mission call! and she got called to the Taiwan Taipei mission! crazy huh? i guess taiwan taipei right before she opened it but unfortunately didn't write it down on her guessing list. sad day huh? i'm happy she's going to be going to asian and preaching the gospel to my distant relatives

and guess who else got her mission call? yep. my super duper awesome amazing sister/best friend: sonhee marilee cho! she's going to the Korea Seoul mission and reports on October 19th. she's gonna be the most amazing missionary ever!
if she preaches anything like she teaches, she'll be quite the sister missionary
i hope they let her use her yellow backpack as a missionary. idk what the rules are. but it better be allowed ;)
i love her so so much and i know she'll do great things back in the motherland :)
she's amazing and pretty much the best example ever for me. who knows. maybe i'll even follow her footsteps and go on a mission too? haha. we'll see. i still have more than a year to decide....
